Reviewer: Dan from England I have never been able to stick to a workout scheldule and always found my self getting bored and worrying if i was doing the correct exercises. Now thanks to this book i know exactly what each exercise is doing for me and because of the broad range of exercises i can vary them from day to day. I would definately suggest buying this book but as with all martial arts book and DVDs you must make sure that you follow the precautions.
Reviewer: Bruce Bibbee from Anchorage AK Good info for my children and teen classes
Reviewer: Brandon Miller from Chillicothe, Ohio This book is very helpful and has many Martial arts training ideas. I think that Sang H. Kim is a very good author.
Reviewer: Ava Cunningham from CT I am working on weight training and have read several books but was not able to find anything on stretching that was beneficial compared to the exercises in your book. Another reason I enjoy the book is that the author did not waste valuable time with boring stories.
Reviewer: Action Martial Arts Magazine from New York No matter what your style or even if you're just trying to get in shape to join a school, you'll find something to learn and to explore. A definite A.
