I have studied Taekwondo for 21 years ande been teatching for 7 years. And I have read quite a lot of books on martial arts and fitness. But this is the first time I have read a book that covers it all. It has everything you ever wanted to know about fitness training for martial arts. And it is explained in an easy to understand languege. No matter what kind of martial art you are studying, you can“t afford to miss this book. Just read it!
