TKD and Korean Combat Arts Magazine
WTF combat is a very physically and mentally exploratory art form. This book was written by three exceptional authors; Olympic, four times world champion, Kuk Hyun Chung; WTF Deputy General Secretary Kyung Myung Lee; and renowned martial arts author Sang H. Kim. It's a case of "everything you've ever wanted to know about WTF sport combat but were afraid to ask." The book looks at everything from the history and development through to the fitness and technicality, and even how best to organize a training routine. The book is one of the best to date. I liked it a lot and picked up some useful hints for my own training routines. I would say it gets the thumbs up from me - go out and buy it.
Pretty interesting and I've learned alot about strategy
The book provided me with useful information and tips about the general aspects of tae kwon do competition.
WTF Taekwondo Magazine
