This book is the most complete guide to stretching for martial arts.Well written and easy to understand,a must for every style and level of martial arts practice. Myself a Cerio's Kenpo student i'm very confident that master Sang H. Kim's book will help me a great deal to get to my goal!

This book is a vast ocean of knowledge. The author himself is an oceanic person with a rich expertise. I practise martial arts since 9months. I gave the book as a gift to my dojo. Its simply great. Am planning to buy another copy of it. With the instructions of Master Sang Kim, I have been able to do a full split (180 degress) within 1 month. The book also puts emphasis on medical issues. I would say Master Sang Kim has renamed Traditional Martial Arts as Scientific Martial Arts with his works.
