Can you ship my order to a different address?
We will ship to an address that differs from your credit card billing address in most circumstances. This is a common request by customers who wish to place an order as a gift for someone else, who want to receive their order at work instead of at home, or who have recently moved. Under no circumstances will we ship to a foreign address if the billing address of the card is in the United States.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Changes to an order can usually be made the same day the order is placed. If you need to make a change to the items in your order, please Contact Us.
What should I do if there was an error with my order?
If there was an error in packing your order, please contact customer service using our Contact Us form. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the problem (i.e. wrong item, missing item, damaged item) so we can better assist you.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time?
Shipping time varies, but here are some general guidelines (in business days) for each shipping method:
Orders shipping within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5 - 21 days
- Priority Mail: 2 - 3 days
Orders shipping internationally:
- Air mail: 5 - 21 days
- Priority Express mail: 4 - 8 days
Note: Shipping times can be longer during times of the year with high seasonal mail volume or severe weather events.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose to pay using one of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We can also accept payments by Western Union and Paypal. Please Contact Us for more details if you wish to use Western Union or Paypal. We cannot accept payments by wire transfer at this time.
Is my credit card information safe?
We follow industry-standard security practices to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure. Your payment information is encrypted during the checkout process and your credit card number is never stored on our servers or in our offices.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to Massachusetts addresses.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you click the Submit My Order button on the checkout page. All charges for orders placed at this website will appear on your statement as "Turtle Press". If you have further questions or concerns, or you need a copy of your receipt, please contact customer service using our Contact Us form.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
What is my billing address?
Your "billing address" is the address at which you receive your credit card or bank account (for debit cards) statements. If the address you specify on your order, including the ZIP code, does not match the billing address on file with your bank, your credit card charge will be declined during checkout and your order will not be completed.
