Reviewer: Troy Spriggs from USBP San Deigo CA I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your new book. That's a work of art to be proud of. Coming from a fellow Blackbelt/Agent, I was highly impressed by your attention to detail. I already feel that what I learned will help my speed and sparring skills tremendously,(and I was already winning tournaments). I am currently reading it for a second time so I can be sure to soak it all in. Thanks again, and I hope you make a ton of money with it.(It's so good that I almost DON'T want to recommend it to my martial arts friends in fear that I might lose this new found edge). But I guess I do it for a fellow agent! Best of luck. I'll be anxiously awaiting your next masterpiece.

Reviewer: Marco Castaneda from Davenport, IA Originally put off by the title, (its use of 'Warrior' seemed too contrived) I sadly put off buying this book for a great deal of time. Weimann has managed to put so much information into this work that I think anyone would be hard pressed to be unhappy with its purchase. Not only does he share speed 'secrets' but he also shares the most reliable stretching methods, how to develop explosiveness through plyometrics, AND throws in good mental training and strategy tips to boot. My only complaint with this TREATISE is its format -- He has so much information in it (295 pgs!) that I think it should have been a spiral bound hardback so that you might be able to open it FLAT for easy reference. Money well spent!
Reviewer: Justin Hogge from Utah It was very motivational and educational, I learned a lot from it. Relaxation definitely is a key point in speed and this book described it perfectly.
Reviewer: John Price from Los Angeles Out of every store out there in the world this one is by far the best store to buy books on martial arts but it needs more stuff on Bruce Lee/Jeet kune do and shoot fighting
