Reviewer: Pierre Maegaard Knudsen from Denmark Since I am an instructor at a Taekwondo school, most of my own training is done at home by myself. And over the years, I have come up with a lot of drills and exercises for training alone. But I was truely surprised by this book. It is without any doubt the best buy ever, in a martial arts book. There are so many new things to work on, and new ways to do it. So I certaintly know have to spent my sommer.
Reviewer: Jason Schofield from Fairview AB I found this book to be a thorough, clever, and frequently funny approach to an important aspect of martial arts training. How many of us have been forced to spend hours training alone? I would guess that most of us have been in this situation at one time or another. That's what makes this book such a worthwhile purchase for martial artists. I don't think Christenson would say his book is exhaustive, but it will serve as a launch pad for you to create your own great solo workouts. Give it a try!
Reviewer: John Bennett from NY I needed a pick me up in my solo training and this book has got what I need and more. It has a bunch of in sights that really come in handy knowing. It is great.
