Haedong Kumdo encompasses practice with both the wooden training sword and the forged steel sword. On the Haedong Kumdo: Korean Sword Art DVD, both types of practice are demonstrated by top Korean Kumdo masters.

Using the wooden sword, the masters demonstrate training exercises, basic skills and combat drills with a partner.

Interesting, not Instructional 3

I had bought this hoping it was like the Junsado tapes in that it showed a lot of techniques with at least somewhat of an explanation. This showed some techniques, quickly, without even the basics of correct grip/stance/etc. It was very graceful and interesting, but if you wanted to learn techniques this is not the one.
