Reviewer: Scott Kahn from Scarsdale NY Mr. Christensen's books is by far the best martial arts training aid on the market. Neatly organized into technique-specific chapters, Christensen's book provides easy-to-understand, effective instructions on how to improve one's ability in the martial arts. The photos are excellent and the writing is clear, descriptive, and straight to the point. I strongly reccomend this book to any martial artist who is looking to expand or improve upon his or her own traditional training regiment.
Reviewer: Mike Preston from Trenton, NJ I have been a Martial Arts fan and practitioner since I saw my first Bruce Lee movie when I was 5. I am now a Police Officer in Trenton, NJ. I have read m..a...n...y books on Law Enforcement and Martial Arts. I have to say your book "Fighters Fact Book" is the BEST and most INFORMATIVE book I have ever read on the subject. Not only did I learn a lot about training and fighting techniques but weightlifting, nutrition and much more.
Reviewer: Maria Pitre from Kearney NJ Anything and everything is covered in this book. Not only is it a reference tool but it also serves as a conversation piece for dojos and dojangs. I refer to it all the time!
